You get 40 Colour & 40 B&W photos within 7 days, delivered in your private online gallery. Perfect for sharing with family & friends while the full edit is underway. Edited to match your final gallery.
B&W Collection
Up to 10% of Alex’s photos are also delivered in his signature Black & White style. Each image is carefully converted with balanced contrast and natural tones for a timeless, cinematic finish, supplied alongside your full colour edits.
Pre Shoot

A relaxed 60–90-minute session at a favourite location to get comfortable before the day. Around 40 edited photos in a private online gallery with full download and print rights.
Extra Hour
£100
That extra 60 minutes keeps things relaxed with more candid moments. Perfect if timings run over, or if you’d like more of the morning prep, golden-hour portraits or a little extra of the evening.

Memories Beyond Your Package
Every package already includes a generous number of fully edited photos, enough to tell the full story of your day. But because we capture so many extra moments, we don’t believe those memories should sit unseen.
That’s why we offer our "Memories Beyond Your Package' as a premium upgrade. It’s the perfect way to unlock even more of your wedding story, extra candids, details and beautiful moments that go beyond your chosen package.

FAQ
How do we book?
A £100 booking fee secures your date (deducted from your final balance). The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding.
How many photos will we receive?
Each package includes a set number of professionally edited photos: Ceremony 300, Silver 600, Gold 800, Premium 800, and Ultimate 1,000. On top of this, you’ll also receive a Sneak Peek Gallery of 40 colour and 40 black & white photos within 7 days of your wedding, hand-selected by Alex and not part of your main total. If you’d like even more later, you can unlock extra photos through our Additional Photo Bundles.
When will we receive everything?
Your full gallery is delivered in around 12 weeks (up to 16 weeks in peak season). If you’d like something sooner, a Sneak Peek Set of 40 photos within 48 hours is available as an optional extra (£50).
Do you travel?
Yes. We cover South & West Wales, Monmouthshire, Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Bristol and Somerset, and we travel further on request.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer interest-free monthly payment plans
Can we add video?
Yes. You can add a 3–5 minute cinematic highlights video to any photography package for £500. This is not a full-length film — it’s a cinematic highlights edit created from short clips (up to 20 seconds each).
Do you supply RAW files or unedited footage?
No. Photos are delivered as high-resolution professionally edited JPEGs, and video is delivered as a finished 3–5 minute highlights film. We don’t supply RAW photo files or unedited video clips.
Can venues/suppliers use the photos or video?
Yes, with permission. A supplier usage licence (for photos and/or video) is available on request.
Do you back up our photos?
Yes. All final photos are delivered in JPEG format and stored on two separate hard drives as a long-term backup. While permanent storage isn’t guaranteed, we normally still have copies available if you ever need them again in future.
Will you be the only photographers on the day?
Yes. Alex and Steve will always be your two photographers unless otherwise agreed in writing. Guests are welcome to take informal photos alongside us, but we’ll be the only professionals capturing your story.
